J
ulien Le Goff graduated from Hotel Management School of Saumur, one of the oldest hotel schools in France. An “Old School” talented chef, passionate of French gastronomy.

His French and international experience, enables him to join Joël Guillet's kitchen in 2008 as second chef.

Over the years, Julien Le Goff, does all that is possible to surprise with his creativity and his desire to always go further. He is promoted Head Chef in 2012

Since then, his passion and his knowledge, offers us the most exquisit dishes with provencal accents & Mediterranean colors in our two Michelin starred restaurants.

Joao Picao

Pastry Chef

Oao Picao of Portuguese origin, loves sugar.

After his training in cooking and pastry in Lisbon, the taste and passion for desserts, urged him to pursue further training in pastry. After several years in Portugal, his strong desire to improve the art of pastry, takes him to France.

In 2011, for two consecutive years, he joined the pastry kitchens of Le Mas du Langoustier as Second Pastry Chef along with Pastry Chef Valter Ribeiro.

2013, 2014 and 2015 will be his years of improvement with renowned pastry chefs from Les Airelles in Courchevel, Le Byblos in St. Tropez, La Bastide de Moustiers and Chalet de Pierres.

In 2016, he returns to Le Mas du Langoustier as Chef Pastry and presents sublime dessert dishes.


 

Paolo Facchini

Maitre d'Hôtel

Aolo Facchini began his career in catering in Milano, his birthplace.

He continues his career in Porto Cervo to refine his culinary knowledge with Chef Sironi.

In 2011, he joins Le Mas du Langoustier as Maitre d’Hôtel for the gourmet restaurant "L'Olivier". Short escapades in 2014 and 2015 for new experiences in Saint Tropez but rushes back in 2016 alongside starred chef Julien Le Goff.

Damien Beghuin

Chef Sommelier

A
fter restoration of hospitality studies at Reims to A-Level and a complementary statement in high school “Oemichen” in Chalon en Champagne completed in 2009, Damien Beghuin, began his career in Charleville Mezieres in the Ardennes as Butler – Sommelier for a period of 4 years.
Damien Beghuin then starts the seasons as Assistant Sommelier in “Le Mas du Langoustier” in the summer of 2013, to chain the winter 2013 on the opening of “Koh I Nor” in Val Thorens.
The post of Head Sommelier presents itself to him in 2014 at “Le Mas du Langoustier “to confirm during the winter in Megève “Chalet Zannier” in the formerly “La Ferme de Mon Père”.

RESTAURANT "LA PINÈDE"

Open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Breakfast

Breakfast is included as part of your half board. It is served from 7:30 am to 10:30 am or as a buffet on the terrace or in your room on a tray.

Lunch

Light Lunch served from 12:30 to 14:00, on the terrace under the Provencal sun. Children under 10, fixed price of 20 Euros  (1 starter + 1 main course + 1 dessert.) See lunch menu “La Pinède”, 2016

Dinner

During your stay, your table will be reserved for each evening in our restaurant "La Pinède". Gastronomic half board meal will be served.

Some evenings, you may also choose to dine "A la carte", Except Mondays and Tuesdays but possible May 1st, May 8th, June 5th
