INFORMATION

Transport
Vehicles being forbidden on our island, it is advised to park your car on the "PO" car park of ‘La Tour Fondue’ in Giens on 00 33 4 94 01 99 28.
To cross over to the island of Porquerolles, regular ferries leave from ‘La Tour Fondue’ to Porquerolles (8 minute crossing).
For time schedules please contact the ferry company TLV on 00 33 4 94 58 21 81, once on the island, one of our shuttles will drive you to the hotel.
You may also cross over with a boat taxi, to reserve, contact 00 33 6.09.52.31.19, the boat taxi can drop you directly on the hotel beach.
For faster transportation, helicopters take off from the airport in Hyères (00 33 6.24.63.63.24) and drop you off on our helipad.


Reservations
All booking confirmation must be accompanied with a deposit corresponding to 30 % of the stay.
In case of cancellation, the deposit can not be used for a later stay. However, it will be refunded if your cancellation reaches us 15 days prior to your arrival date.
During your stay, if you wish to shorten it, we kindly request you to inform our reception desk 72 hours in advance. On the contrary, a supplementary night will be charged.
Please be informed that your room will only be at your disposal as from 3.00 p.m. on the day of your arrival and that check out time is noon on the day of your departure.

MEALS

Breakfast
Breakfast is included in the rate of your room and will be served from 7.30 a.m. till 10.30 a.m. either in your room or as a buffet on our terrace.

Lunch
Two restaurants at your disposal open from 12.30 p.m. till 2.00 p.m.

‘La Pinède’,
reservation required for lunch, suggests :
For 32 Euros, a variety of salads from our buffet or one hot dish plus one dessert.
For 38 Euros One starter (from buffet or ‘A la carte’) plus one hot dish plus cheese plus dessert.


‘L’Olivier’,
reservation required for lunch or dinner. A more elaborate restaurant offering gastronomic dishes.

Dinner
Dinner is included in the rate of your room,
and will be served from 7.30 p.m. till 9.00 p.m. in the restaurant ‘La Pinède’.
The menu that will be presented to you, will give you a choice between two starters, a choice between two main courses followed by cheese and dessert.

The half board meals not taken, can not be deducted from your main bill.

However, if certain evenings you wish to have an 'A la carte' meal in our restaurant 'L’Olivier', please reserve your table in advance.

We will naturally, deduct from your room rate the amount corresponding to the meal of your half board.

LEISURE ACTIVITIES

The beach & The swimming pool
The beach is within walking distance from the hotel, it is a public beach.
Mattress & parasols will be graciously put at your disposal. You will find beach towels directly at the beach or at the swimming pool.

Activities
A large variety of activities are suggested, also at your disposal : table tennis, biking, Pétanque, two tennis courts and numerous hikes.
(We do not rent bikes, however we can, upon your request, organise renting them for you.)

Water
The island of Porquerolles is supplied with water by ground-waters. Water being rare, we kindly ask our guests, to make a reasonable use of it, thank you.
